It is what you paid for ... don’t expect more

I thought the nicer beyond room would locate on a higher floor, but it turned out on the second floor.
Towels are not soft enough, the design of the open bathroom was not a good idea.
Staff are quite helpful and the location is good. Just the accommodation itself would not amaze me.
