Never book Room with Balcony category

Never choose Room with Balcony category. The room is located same floor with the breakfast / snack lounge at first floor. It’s super noisy, starts from 5am till midnight. Morning will be the noise and sound from kitchen preparing breakfast I guess )as the room is next to the kitchen, Then the breakfast crowd noise.

Come the night noise where guest will be at the lounge drinking, chit chatting loudly (room sound proof is very bad). Hotel not doing anything even we have complain as it’s super noisy even at 12 midnight

For hotel - your so call balcony is directly block and facing next building window, Felt cheated and overpaid coz can’t even open the curtain coz it’s so close to the next building. Hotel staff can’t even understand basic English so communication is a problem. We’ve put do not disturb sign on but housekeeping came 2 to 3 time knocking for cleaning worst she even use master key to open and came in when we were in the room.

Sleep quality is not good
Bed tend to be to the hard side 8/10 hardness level. Aircon when turned down to higher temperature emits a smelly stench. I had to keep it at 22 deg c which is too cold for me. Other than that, locati... อ่านต่อ
