Refurbish will help

Staff was friendly as always (this is my 3rd/4th time staying here).
However, the only con is the room. The condition of the room is going downhill. I stayed at room 306,the aircon was not functioning. I was told to set it at 24 degree celcius to avoid the aircon compressor from freezing, but still, there is no air coming out. With no room for a change, I didn't sleep for the night as it was too stuffy. However, the staff was very helpful to change my room the next day.
I won't be going back there as there are so many new ones to try out. Unless if Lamphuhouse maintain/refurbish some of the rooms' facilities. All in all, thanks to the staff for being friendly and helpful.
