Nice hotel, but noisy

We booked several nights here. The place is cosy and tidy, even the shared bathroom. Located in a central area, so everything is nearby. The room had AC, the bed was with spring matress, really uncomfortable. The common room was right in front of the rooms entarance, so everything done outside could be heard inside of the room. Also there was a bar below the hotel, so we couldn't have a good sleep. We decided to check out, and received a partial refund - after several calls with Agoda customer service, which by the way was shamefully bad. The hotels receptionist lady was really helpfull and understanding all along.

I would stay a third time!

There are much better Hostels near by
