During Covid most hotel prices have decreased, saying this, I was scammed out of the room I had originally booked.
When I got to the hotel I had been given a complete different room.
As I went down to address the problem the manager said it’s because of the cheap price I had paid. I told him it doesn’t matter what I had paid, I should be given the room I had booked accordingly and showed him the pictures.
He then took me to another room that was more like in the photos but still dirty. The bathroom had a bad smell and being in the hotel business myself, I could tell the towels and bedsheets weren’t clean. It smelled of body odor.
Forget about staying here.
On the booking it was also stated I’d have a fridge and bottled water that wasn’t there either.
