Outdated guesthouse but clean

My second visit here in just over 5 years. The rooms are very clean but need a serious upgrade. Old bed, CRT TV. Walls are thin. You easily hear everything, especially from people sitting outside. Rooms are so close to each other. Ask if you want your room to be cleaned. Good wifi. They wanted 200 bath for a taxi to the airport. If you ask a tuk tuk, they will go for 150. I paid 94 for a taxi meter from the bus station.

Good,but.....
Great location,fine for a one night flop. Biggest issue was not enough parking space.
