I was contacted by Agoda one day before that my rooms window are broken by the guest earlier. They manage to rearrange another room for me and as a compensation they upgraded our rooms to King Suite. The receptionist are very nice and kind in helping us to arrange our transportation and tour. Breakfast is so nice. Suggest the guest who stay here should buy also their breakfast package as hardly to find foods in the early morning. Overall we are very enjoy our stay in Lario.
