From no booking to booking

My opinion you have to have your own transport because the hotel is outside the town and the taxi service is poor .The staff cannot speak english.The hotel had no record of our booking.This was our first Agoda booking and last as we usely do our booking through booking.com with no hassles. The hotel has no credit card facilities.

Nice location but the restroom needs to improve
