Lovely modern hotel but service poor

The hotel is reached down a small soi. Turning into the hotel grounds I was impressed by the general layout and the differing design of accommodation. Over all a good stay, but I couldn't help feeling it was a newly opened hotel with inadequately trained service staff. I was there at Songkran and there seemed to be only one cook which was insufficient.
The room (deluxe) was beautiful and comfortable and reasonably priced.Again service staff seemed to be unsure of themselves and missed little things like replacing toilet rolls.
A convenient place to stay in Buriram. The overall effect would be some much more positive with appropriate staff training.

Need improvements

Nice hotel in the center of Buriram
nice room, with a huge window overlooking a small pond. i loved to open it in the morning and enjoy the view. could be a bit bigger though. just a small woredrobe, would be nice if it was bigger. good... อ่านต่อ

A little bit out of the city area, but I has own transport so OK. Nice hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, nice pool

Good accommodation for the price.
Served our need for a safe, clean and economical place to stay for the night. We live about an hour and a half from Buriram and go there on occasion for family movie night...
