Beautiful & comfy...but noisy in room

All of the high reviews are deserved, as it is a beautiful hotel with quirky-yet-classy charm, and top-notch restaurants, etc. The layout of the main floor is unfortunate however, as all guests must navigate through an often-crowded check-in area to get to the elevators. My bigger disappointment was at the high noise level in the room (1410?). On all 3 nights, I could clearly hear conversations and the TV in the next door room, as well as a child yelling in the hall (perhaps the shared door between rooms allows noise to get through more easily?). Since I was ill, this noise level was a much bigger issue than it might be to others.

Amazing staff and Restaurant on level 19 is sensational
A must stay if you like rooftop bar and good food If you are a couple travelling this is perfect. I wouldn’t suggest best location for solo travellers but ideal for couples
