Little slice of paradise

I had an excellent time here. To the staff, sorry for leaving my helmet behind. I hope you can get it back to Lek for me one day.
I had a drama returning my bike to the previous hotel I'd stayed at on Koh Samui (I moved to Pawanthorn for something more comfortable). I had to return the bike to the original hotel. I was following the taxi that had my luggage and was going to take me onwards to the airport. With about 55mins to spare I got pulled over by a police helmet blitz. I had to line up to get a ticket and again to pay my fine. Suffice to say I had visions of my luggage disappearing and missing my flight. A panicked phone call to the Pawanthorn staff helped resolve these issues even though I was quite stressed and speaking too quickly. All the staff appear to have good command of English, so long as you speak slowly enough. Thanks
