To me it was almost continuous shocking. Nobody was aware what customers need. Manager and most of the workers in the reception were not ready to help. Im afraid that another customer may be a victim of this hotel. If it is possible please erase this hotel from agoda list. But I remember one thing good about cleaning persons. They were all nice guys. Thanks...
