Disappointed in front desk

Value for money location with pool access. However when requesting for taxi to airport for the following day i was not given a receipt after payment at the front desk (girl name Pu). she told me all has been taken care off. The next day when i wanted to confirm my taxi to airport another front desk staff told me to produce a receipt. I mentioned i was not given any and the girl attended to me yesterday didnt mentioned it too. Luckily i remembered her name and to my horror she was off and didnt confirm or inform her colleague of my taxi booking. With swift action the front desk male attendant assist me after contacting Pu and book a taxi immediately.
I was grateful for the guy but disappointed in the other girl who assured me everything was ok the day before and no taxi was booked for me eventhough money had been paid. Please insists on receipt when making payment.

Close to all markets and action

Beautiful resort

Great value for money. Cheap Resort for Phuket
The room is big and clean with a outside deck. Did not use the pool but it closes at 6pm which I don't think is okay. No reason for that. Did not use Wifi as I have it on my phone for a hundred fifty ... อ่านต่อ
