Terrible, too noisy, no management on site

This place is far from Natural! After the first 3 days we were moved to another room as the music from the hotel across the road actually vibrated the walls of our room, thats how loud it was until 5.00am in the morning, started at 2.00 am so at least you got to sleep early on. All was okay for a few days then a group of Russians moved in and partied just as loud as the hotel, complaints to management were ignored, we did not see the Manager the whole time we were there even though we asked repeatedly. Breakfast was okay for the first few days but after that it went downhill rapidly. Everything that was supposed to be hot was cold and the rest was not edible, we went elsewhere for breakfast even though we had paid for it already. We moved out early it was just too much.

Great value for money, beautiful resort

Getting better
I was here in 2015. Back then it was very poor in services and room. The wifi was only in lobby. After 2 years, it getting better and got wifi in room.

Basic hotel
Service was terrible. Location is ok but a bit far from center. Need transportation. Room is basic. Nothing special.

near market , centre , about 1 km go to the beach patong. room clean but mosquito .
