Need to boost their INTERNET connection

Our stay was all in all FAIR. What you see in the website is what they have in the place unlike a lot of hotels that have very far-out appearances and/or facilities from what they are posting on-line. Breakfast has limited variety, in fact they serve almost the same menu every morning. Swimming hours in the pool should at least be extended until 9pm. Most of all, FREE WIFI should be installed in the whole hotel. The free wifi available in the lobby will just infuriate you as it will take AGES to simply check your mail or log in to your social networking sites. They do however have prepaid NET and I find it very PRICEY. I see a lot of potentials in this hotel, but i do hope they improve their internet connection AND have more front liner staff that could speak ENGLISH more clearly.

Nothing is working
Not good service start from front Desk , hotel facilities isnt working , its not renovate since long time , there are not helping you to check in and out , room is small , small windows ,

Clean room, quite surrounding and suitable for rest
Hotel may quite far fron Parong beach about 10 min walikng. Price is the most advancetage which compared to another hotel for similar level.
