Never again

I checked about 4pm. Went down to the pool/restaurant & asked for a towel, was told to get it from reception. Went to reception & was informed they had none. I asked could I use one from the room as I had 3. They said no. Wouldn’t mind that so much, the room I had was dirty and neglected. The place could do with a serious revamp and clean up. The worst was I woke up at 5am scratching my neck and discovered multiple bites from bed bugs. Managed to find and kill two. Obviously I couldn’t relax after that. Luckily I had only booked one night. I checked out at 8am and asked the receptionist to come and have a look at the bugs & I showed her my bites. Her response was to giggle and say oh sorry. Then she told the cleaner about it and they both had a good laugh. I was not impressed. I went to the pharmacy and had to spend money on antihistamines and two types of creams. 4 days later and the bites are still there. So avoid this hotel at all costs. The attitude of the staff was appalling

we spent 7 night in this resort, the staff was unkind they refuse to give a towel for a baby, extra toilette paper etc... we paid extra for a baby cot but we received a baby cot without a maters
In general: The house keeping service are really bad, they didn't clean the room a all. you need to run after them yo get a new towels and soap etc... The food in the restaurant in very expansive. d... อ่านต่อ

A little over rated from the pictures but generally acceptable
If you are looking at no frills and a room for 4 paxs at good good rate, Kirati Beach Resort can be considered pretty good. But I think the term "resort" is not exactly appropriate here when faciliti... อ่านต่อ

Bed bugs!!!
I would never recommend this place, there are holes in the floor and the walls, full of Mosquitos and if you think you can hide from them in the sheets your wrong because ther are also bed bugs. We ea... อ่านต่อ
