Fantastic

I been to Phuket few times, with Family, collegues and also friends. Usually I would stay in Karon Beach or Kamala. This trip was a short break for me, so I tried staying at Journey Hup, considering this is medium size hotel, they are well above my expectations. The receiption Miss Laila and CJ were very helpfull and fast, they even allow me to check an hour earlier(subject to availability). The rooms were new and clean. The bar person Mr. Bird and Ms Kwang, took extra time to converse and suggest to iternary for my trip. The gym is fully equipped and new. And the sun set from their pool is beautiful scenery. Is great value for money and good hospitality at this hotel.

Pool are was full of flowers instead of sunbeds . Room was cleaned bad. I could not cancel my booking. I dont recommend this place

Smelly room all the time
It was a smelly room that we lived there for our vacation. And far away from Patong Beach.

Hotel was very clean and new. Very value for money. The bikes available for rent were also new and good. Lots of halal food places just outside the hotel. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.
