I stayed here over the new year period. Understandable that hotels are busy etc but the staff aren’t great at dealing with pressure. Check in time was 1400, I arrived at 1530 only to be told my room is not ready because they have 70 rooms to deal with - no apology. Also took staff 20 minutes to acknowledge me standing at the desk to try and check in. Just average, wouldn’t rate it 4 stars at all, the pool is OK, rooms are also average. Not bad for a night but wouldn’t take it further than that

Pool are was full of flowers instead of sunbeds . Room was cleaned bad. I could not cancel my booking. I dont recommend this place

Smelly room all the time
It was a smelly room that we lived there for our vacation. And far away from Patong Beach.

Hotel was very clean and new. Very value for money. The bikes available for rent were also new and good. Lots of halal food places just outside the hotel. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.
