Advantages:
1. New hotel, recenly built. Hence new facilities and good hygiene.
2. Location, if you dont have arthritis, you can walk to Patong beach (around 15 - 20minutes), save around 200bath (tuk tuk)
3. Good security: got security guard waiting below the hotel
4. Food option: got Halal food around the hotel, and also non halal food stall, also 10 minutes walk to Restaurant Kaap Gluey (famous shop)
5. Elevator very fast, no need to wait.
Disadvantages:
1. I got room at 7th floor (just below the lobby and gym), so every morning around 7 - 10am will have noises from above
2. 1st floor got a weird foul smelling odour, unsure what is the source.
3. Did not change my floor towel during room service.
4. Small swimming pool, with limited space. and no sea view.
Suggestion:
Hope the staff will take note on maintenance (since hotel is still new), if poor maintenance confirm service will deteriorate in 3 years time.
