Impressive n have just re-Booked

I loathe the word "Staff" as I believe Hotels (Boutique and or otherwise) are run by a "Team". Yes, there are things that could be improved however perhaps the Oakwood Brand will bring renewed Customer focus "from Check-in to Check-out". I have just made a return Booking thus shall review again.
