Not as good under new owners management

This was my second visit to this hotel. But my experience was not as good as previously and i believe this to be because the oakwood name has taken over this hotel. The food and drinks from the restaurant and bar are now much more expensive and has led us to eat out everyday. Had a lot of noisey guest on our floor which consistently woke us up all hours of the morning. This is not the hotels fault but guest should be told to be courteous towards other guests. The buffet breakfast has a very poor selection and couldn't even get a decent coffee as the machine was broken. Please look at adding a bit more western variety to the breakfast selection eg some fried bacon at a minimum. Big thank you to dee dee behind the bar. Her hospitality and friendliness definitely does not go unnoticed. The security guys are also friendly and helpful. I cant be sure i will stay here again on my next visit but the price point is fair for this type of hotel

Great facilities

Best Bang for Your Buck
Wow only two night but amazing value, have never stayed at a hotel so cheap but great A must try in Patong, Just down from the cheapest Thai Suppermarket in Phuket. Thanks again Agoda. Therese & Mark

酒店设施不错，顶层无边游池及酒吧也不错，但位置有点偏，到普吉芭东中心步行有20多分钟距离，房间较大也整洁，唯一不足是空调声音太大，对着床吹，晚上没法开着睡，还好普吉2月中旬晚上也不热。9日凌晨5点多到，只预订了9日晚上酒店，要加收1500泰铢，凌晨6点起加收1000泰珠，所以决定出去买了早饭，再回酒店补了1000泰铢办了入住。
