Disappointed with Front desk

Frondesk people are curt and dismissive. We stayed one night. Upon check out, they accusingly told me that the sleepers were missing when we didn't get any in the first place. Such rude people. The manner of communication is demeaning and honestly offensive. They need to train their people about customer service. The bed and pillows are quite relaxing too but I expected more from an oakwood brand

Good value for money in quiet part of Patong
PROS- nice hotel, good staff, good price/quality ratio, good internet speed, nice pool. CONS- humidity in the room (wet clothes could not dry for 2 days), breakfast could be more varied

Not as good under new owners management

Great facilities
The room given is just nice and big for us as group of 3 people. We have two rooms which connected and have 1 king bed and two single beds. The facilities all are perfect. Location is abit far from Pa... อ่านต่อ

Best Bang for Your Buck
Wow only two night but amazing value, have never stayed at a hotel so cheap but great A must try in Patong, Just down from the cheapest Thai Suppermarket in Phuket. Thanks again Agoda. Therese & Mark
