Ok with some issues

We booked it because of the gym and pool on the roof. Gym was really small, max weights 20kg. Pool a bit dirty with not enough sun-beds. Room was clean. Staff could speak English better. The biggest issue was REALLY loud air conditioning, we couldn’t sleep because of it, someone should take care of it(room 226). Our stay was just ok, next time we will stay somewhere else.
One more thing, please do something with the towel cards, we waited every time ~5min until our cards have been found- it’s a NO GO!

Awesome stay, huge room! Free parking!
It was a very comfortable stay and was easily accessible as we were near the only entrance into patong from other areas. Definitely will come back again!

Disappointed with Front desk

Good value for money in quiet part of Patong
PROS- nice hotel, good staff, good price/quality ratio, good internet speed, nice pool. CONS- humidity in the room (wet clothes could not dry for 2 days), breakfast could be more varied

Great facilities
