We stayed here for 3 nights in February 2020, planning on having a cheap hotel to save some money before moving onto a different area. I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel! It was very modern with a wide range of people (backpackers, couples, families). We arrived after midnight and the counter staff was excellent and informative.
The room was simple but clean and enough room for all of our stuff. The bed was two twins pushed together which was awkward but otherwise it was comfortable. The breakfast was nothing special but had a decent variety and a fresh omelette bar. We were very impressed by the gym, but never made it to the pool.
The location is good if you're able to walk a fair distance. It took about 5 minutes to start to get to the touristy areas, and probably 15 to patong beach. It was much cheaper than staying right near the beach but still reasonably close to everything. It is on a quite busy street though so crossing a few of them was a bit iffy at times but otherwise we felt very safe.
I would suggest this hotel if a friend were looking to visit patong beach
