Comfortable stay but service can be improved

When we reach, we had to carry our own luggage to the check in counter. There seemed to be only one person working. The same person who checked us in, the same person who ran to the back to make us welcome drinks, the same person who brought us to the room, the same person who attempted to push our luggages. What is inconvenient is that we have to carry our luggages up our one bedroom pool villa. There’s no slope. Other than that, the room is really nice and comfortable. Definitely worth the stay. Location wise, near supermarket, near many Halal eateries and the mosque. 9 mins drive to Ao Nang. Would definitely stay here again. Good for family and couples
