Great stay but can be improve

The place was really beautiful and the staff was helpful. However, there was some communication barrier. During the wee hours, there are loud scratching sounds and it was frightening. It sounded like rats or cats scratching. Feedback the situation to the staff but the condition did not improve. Overall the experience was okay if not for this situation.
