Comfortable stay but service need to improved more

The customer service need to improve and need to have friendly customer service staff and not to have attitudes towards customers. To Learn to be more friendly. Breakfast and food not up to standard and not freshly bake breads were hard Water pressure in the toilets were very very low and slow Too many mosquitos and ants. Hotel need to improve in their cleanliness The girls at the reception are not very welcoming,not smiling and very bad service. Will not go back the next time for sure will not recommend.

Relaxing Villa
The villa met our expectation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The villa do provide shuttle to Ao Nang beach area. The in house massage is very professional and exceeded our expectation.
