Location is not ideal and amenities are basic, but great customer service and nice villa

The resort is literally located off a road, in the middle of nowhere. Although there was a 24 hour supermarket a few mins walk away, the several eateries in the proximity were all closed on a Saturday. The hotel provides shuttle service to Ao Nang Town which has everything you need from food, souvenir to pubs, all at a very touristic setting. Our pool villa is clean, tastefully decorated though. The food at the restaurant is quite good. Breakfast spread is decent. However, there’s really nothing much to do as the tv channels are in thai as well. Staff were all friendly and warm, although they speak little or just basic english.
