Bare minimum sort of place

We knew when we booked that this would be a no frills place, but we weren't expecting that there wouldn't even be soap!

It was also not as close to the beach as we were expecting. A good 15 min walk. The worst was that there was a cockroach in the bathroom!

The women working there were very nice though and we booked a lot of our tours through them. There are lots and lots of shops and restaurants around, so we had plenty to do at night after the tours.

Overall the stay was fine. I think if you can wait to book until you arrive in Ao Nang, you'll get better deals.

Good position for the money
