Near to the beach but unprofessional, unengeged staff ,

We are very disappointed with some of the staffs not showing what so ever interest in helping their customer. There is no continuity in agreement you had with one, since there are many persons at the desk and seem to enterfer each other. Unprofessional so to say.

Since 2006 our favourite place to stay on Koh Lanta
Since 2006 we have been here many times. Always in a basic superior bungalow. Very good prices and perfect location on the most beautiful part of Long Beach.

Nice accommodations, good AC, steps away from beach, clean, friendly staff. Would book again and would recommend to a friend.

Average Hotel, Good Location
Stayed at normal A/C room for a night. Bathroom looks old, knobs were coming off, showerheads were weak. There was no fridge in the room, "blanket" was just a thin sheet. Changed to a family room for... อ่านต่อ
