Nice resort, people on reception not so nice

We stayed just one night and moved to.a neighbouring resort for 6 nights. The resort seemed great but the people on reception were unfriendly (very business like / bordering on rude). The people at the beach bar were great, lots of fun.

terrible hotel!!! worst hotel ever

lovely hotel service without smile ..
Not the best location in koh lanta .. nobody give a smile in this hotel , in our room the toilets were really not good but the garden is beautiful , there a lot better different hotel in koh lanta , ... อ่านต่อ

Good place to have a bit of luxury while traveling, big rooms with fab showers and staff are amazing.

This was a fantastic place to stay! Great restaurant and bar with beach view
And the staff was very friendly, making us feel welcome and helping booking trips and flight tickets. Very happy there and I will definitely go back if ever again in Koh Lanta!
