Convenient location if you want to be very near Walking Street but service of reception is below par

This is an older hotel and it shows. The rooms are a bit old fashioned, worn but clean. On the plus if you have a room with a balcony you have a nice panorama on Walking Street and The Pattaya Bay. On the downside: the environment can be noisy. Breakfast is quite nice with asian and western choice. What let me down was the reception staff. I booked a Royal Ferry ticket to Hua Hin but needed to print out my voucher. I asked the reception staff but they refused to do so and told me to go to Pantip Plaza. Some of the reception staff English was quite poor: if you cater to foreign guests reception staff should at least speak some basic English. The breakfast staff on the other hand was quite friendly.

It's NOT THE ROOM I BOOKED!!
