Stuff very bad attitude

When we request for additional blanket somewhere around after 7.00 PM, Their reply to us over the phone in our room... was.. she quote "The House Keeping Room" was lock, we were unable to access the House Keeping Room because all the House Keepers have already gone back home after 7.00 PM, so... we can't get any things for you..
Even though, we did request for additional Shampoo & Bath Foam, they front desk Hotel Staffs gave us the same reply... quoted " House Keeper'so has already being lock" & all House Keepers have gone back home after 7.00 PM,
So, because of this, nobody can have access to the house keeping room... !
We, immediately told the front desk staffs,
We told her that, in future, we will not come back to this hotel anymore, and we would not recommend any of our friends for this Hotel (Grand Hotel),
The Front Desk staffs reply us that.. quotes " it's o.k or doesn't matter whether you guys come back or not come back.... or your friends come or not come

This is my second stay at the Grand Hotel. If i go to Pattaya again ,then it will be my third.
The Hotel is perfectly situated ,next door to the Sugar Baby A Go Go.The Hotel is modern well equiped..The rooms are nice clean and serviced daily . the water is always hot . The A/c is good.the rooms... อ่านต่อ

NICE LOCATION, NEAR WALKING STREET

no or slow slow Internet.
Got one of my bath towels dirty, food sauce wanted me to pay for towel so I put some soap on it and left in tub overnight. Stain was gone. Not friendly, Internet slow or not at all. Don't stay here. T... อ่านต่อ
