Beautiful grounds but very unfriendly staff...

While we enjoyed the serenity and beauty of the location the unfriendly staff made our stay less than perfect. (with the exception of the third receptionist who later came to save the day with a smile :) Grounds are very well kept but the location is very far from the local sights and attractions. (30 min drive)

We were given a lodge room despite booking a bungalow which the third receptionist came and fixed for us. Very cold reception and bell boy staff. (hard to get a smile here) Bungalow was nice and private with a nice patio seating area. Bugs were to be expected and did not disappoint! (bring bug spray) My rating would be much higher if the staff were friendlier and at least acted like they want to be there. Overall 5/10

Natural treat
Good for someone looking for natural style! Food also excellence if lower price! Nice bangalow but not in resort which so old.
