I decided to treat my self in Sukothai to a nice guesthuse as opposed to a budget room and was very excited to get to this property after reading about it on the net. However, upon my arival the staff was very rude and just gave me the key and pointed in the direction of my room. I then came into the restaurant to have dinner after my long trip from Chiang Mai and sat in the restaurant after showing the staff that Id taken a menu to my table. I was completely ignired and finally tracked someone down to order. My pad thai had egg shells in it and my smootie was in a dirty glass with a deal mosquito stuck on the rim of the glass. Yum. Internet works well at this property though so there's a plus! Addiditionally, the staff gave me the wrong bus time and then were not there when they told me that someone would be there to take me to the bus in the morning. So check the schedule yourself!
