Our bungalow (standard room) was a 10 sqm wooden structure with a thin shed roof (booking conf. 24 sqm was not true.) The air cond. was so dirty that we didn't dare to use it. There were a lot of mosquitoes so we did not dare to open the door or the windows. We had two gecko in our room, two red toads in the bathroom, a 10cm spider weaved its net under the window, nobody cleaned it. Only the shower had a boiler that we had to switch on and off all the time. There was no hot water for the wash-basin, so there were only cold water for washing hands, shaving, etc. The toilet paper was forbidden to throw in the toilet, although cleaning was only every two days. There was not enough lighting in the garden, and we went to dinner with a flashlight. It was basically pitch dark, it was really frustrating and unsecure. The whole property is unprofessional, the service and the bungalows as well. This was not a three star resort, only a homestay. The price-to-value ratio does not reflect reality.
