Good resort, hotel staff isnt

We stayed for 2 nights and took a trip organized by the hotel.
The waterfall had no water and the viewpoint was closed.
When I spoke to the lady at the reception about it she was very unpleasant and refused to let me speak to the hotel manager or let me his email so I could connect him.
The trip was 1000 baht/person.
Even after my complaint the hotel still advertised the waterfall as a part of the programme even tho they knew it had no water.

Nice resort
