Our stay was amazing. Would highly recommend.

My friends and I initially stayed in a suite with a jacuzzi. We were there for the full moon party. It is about 10 minutes to the party so this hotel is conveniently located. They even drive you to the party and have shuttles that leave every hour. We loved our view but when a presidential suite became available, we opted for the upgrade. The presidential suite was amazing. Overlooked the beach with our own private pool and jacuzzi. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.
You can book the driver in advance to take you where you need to go. The one thing I will say is that the front desk does an excellent job of trying to find you activities to do. We booked our elephant tour through them and they were also helpful when booking a ride to catch our ferry. Buffet for breakfast is lackluster, except for the omelette station. Other than that, I would say that this is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at.
