Average Family Hotel


Upon arrival, the bell boy was very helpful. When come to front desk, the staff service are average. They seem like not understand English, thus is very difficult for us to communicate with them. There are some misunderstanding that make me angry towards them. But the response is just staring at customer without any apology. (Due to language barrier)
The room are old, bed too hard. The carpet are dirty, many stain.
They supply basic amenities. Show gel, shampoo, shower cap & 2 bottles of drinking water.

over priced and worn

Hard to communicate with them in English.
I arrived tired but too bad can't communicate well with them because they do not know how to speak in English. Please learn how to speak in English. Only 1 lady can speak English a bit, others, nothin... อ่านต่อ
