This particular stay

Very disappointed on this particular stay. I am a regular at this hotel with over 50 night booked. On this particular stay we were not notified at check-in that the electricity to the entire hotel was going to be turned off from 11am to 12 noon the following morning. It was extremely hot and no air-conditioning available. We woke up in the morning to find that there was a letter slipped under the door notifying us of the situation. Very upset about the way the hotel handled this. If we would have been told about this at check in, we could have gone to a different hotel. I'm still waiting to hear back from the hotel in regards to a discount on our next stay. Let's see how they handle the situation especially for a guests who's probably had more bookings in this hotel than any other guest.

Overall is good but a bit far from BTS approximately 10 to 15 mins walk.

Great and modern place to stay
The room was very nice and the location was close to shopping and nightlife. They did require a large deposit I would have preferred to know about earlier. I do wish the pool was heated.

Front desk
The staff throughout the hotel are very helpful. On checking out, the front desk gave priority to dress code which annoyed me.

Nice hotel, great location
Bedroom was big & clean with nice bathroom. Hotel was in a great location with nice bars & restaurants around, seven eleven & massage places near by.

Very nice 4.5 star hotel with reasonable price
Hotel is locate in the busy area that just walk only 5mn. Breakfast is very nice. it's very clean, staff are helpful and friendly. I would come back again.
