Clean, Spacious and Well Located...if placed in the main building!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Solitaire Bangkok Sukhumvit 11. Loved the room, pool, restaurant and the free shuttle that ferried guests to the train station as required. The only draw back to this hotel was the check-in procedure. On arrival we were informed that our rooms were not actually in the main hotel building but dow the road, around the corner and in a seperate building altogether... We were informed that there was no pool or restaurant at this location and we would have to walk to and from to use the facilities. I objected strongly and requested a refund on my booking if they could not accommodate my mother (76 years old!) and myself in the main hotel block as per our booking. After several "discussions" and viewing several room possibilities in the hotel we agreed on a room, that was a close match to our booking and the issue was resolved.

Perfect getaway

Value for money
