A joyful stay in Chiang Mai

I was impressed by the prompt response of the hotel staffs. I only got (warm) water from the shower in the first cool night and reported to frontdesk at once. Then hot water shower could be enjoyed in the next day.
I will give a score of 100 to this brand new hotel if the soundproofing of the rooms can be enhanced.

Noisiest room ever

Good location
Quite a convenient place to go around the city. Nice and clean room and the staff are helpful. The swimming pool is so small that I don't feel like swimming there.
