OK if on a budget

Location is good as is close to bars & restaurants. This guesthouse is good if you are on a budget as the rooms are very basic, but they are air conditioned. We did pay to upgrade to a bigger room on the waterfront for a couple of nights which was nicer. The included breakfast was very basic and the couple of meals that we did have at the restaurant, they continuously got orders wrong. Was disappointed with the staff as they all appeared to have a bad attitude & didn't want to be there. If you are on a strict budget, then it is OK for a short term stay due to its location.
