a terrible staff, dont stay here

the staff were asleep at reception one night i tried to enquire about a wifi password which wasnt available when i checked in. I was told the lift was not working and i had to carry my bags to my room. The bathroom had terrible light and was dated and unclean with mould growing on the ceiling and walls. I really think they have no idea what customer service is, i do not recommend staying here

Awful breakfast. No the best quality money ratio.

Great value for the price.
