annoying attributes of the hotel is the design and layout
A modern and clean hotel based on a European concept, so rooms are small and compact. No tea or coffee in rooms. It lacks service in terms of no assistance with luggage, no introduction to your room or its complex location, long waits at booking in, house keeping is slow.
One of the most annoying attributes of the hotel is the design and layout. In our case we arrived into the third floor reception, only to be told to take a lift down to the ground floor walk through that building into the next building and almost to the end of that, then get into another lift to the fourth floor where the pool and laundry areas are located.(we were relived we weren’t staying a room on corridor where all the guests are walking through to get access there rooms in the other buildings.
There are pools and laundry’s located at the top of the buildings, if your on this floor be mindful music is played nonstop from around 08.30 until 22:00hrs while the laundry room with noisy dryers are in used 24/7 twice we had to leave our room in the early hours and ask for the persons using the laundry to close the door as our sleep was disturbed.
A disappointing experience...
