Excellent hotel. Central location, clean rooms and excellent service.

+The design of the rooms is quite modern and clean, and looks really good.
+The pool area is really nice, as well as the staff that is quite friendly.
+Integrated into the Central Festival mall, so you're never out of things to eat
Generally a really pleasant experience, with couple drawbacks:
- We were in building 3 that is the last one, and getting to the pool or common area takes 4-5 minutes each time and around 3 card verifications since the hotel is spread out over a large area
- Breakfast options are mostly over by 11a.m.
- Blue LED on the lamps is too bright, so the room is never dark - it was fine for me but my partner said it kept her up sometimes
- Since it's in the back of the mall, each time you want to go to the beach from building 3 you need to go all the way to the front desk, cross the mall, and then you're on Chaweng road, where you need to cross through a private resort to get to the beach - takes like 10 minutes usually
