Good location, new clean, but no given rooms next each other even it was empty
total 4 people of us for 3 nights. booked 2 rooms which required 2beds each. I made a request on agoda mentioning prefer rooms not on 1st floor, and must need next to each other.
on the day 2 of us arrived first of the hotel, that we would liked to chkin 2 rooms first, but they said needed all passports to do that. so i made sure our rooms need to be each other. and made sure they wrote down the rooms numbers 2201/2203. when my friends came, i told them just show the booking number i emailed and i had handle everything. while waiting i thought it took to long for them to come up. so i called them & found out they were in rooms that were not the ones that we confirmed. and not even on the same floor!!!! I went to the lobby to chk what was wrong and they said the room next was occupied which when i arrived was still cleaning. i was upset and they offer me another and was still very far but same floor. Eventually we were guaranteed rooms together but not given for 3nights. really upset
