Excellent location. Presently being upgraded so a bit of upheaval. Restaurant opposite closed I suspect temporarily. One very bad thing that stood out like a sore thumb was similar to many Thai hotels with corridor carpets. That is they were absolutely filthy with regular and huge stains. Thai hotels don't seem to be aware that carpet cleaners ( especially large industrial ones) and shampoo exist making this unnecessary. Maybe tiles would be better. Apart from this however most things were OK and I have no problem staying there.

Cheap and overall good.
