Good location and stay

We were happy with this hotel and most of its facilities. The pool was great, the gym was adequate, and the room we were in (Lite Room) was spacious. It was in a great location - beach directly opposite and the AoNang Tailboats depart right in front of the hotel also. Lots of restaurants nearby and 20min walk to the very chill AoNang night markets. What fails this hotel is the staff. Michel and Mr Ta were WONDERFUL. They were very helpful and friendly and approachable. We can't say the rest about their staff who always frowned, never greeted usThis was not the Thai custom i was used to. The lady who worked 8th April e The kitchen staff who serviced our breakfast was even worse. There's a male staff member in there who has a permanent frown and looks like he would rather be somewhere else. I'm sorry you feel that way but you represent the restaurant which is in partnership with the resort so be more friendly.

Overlooking the beach

Good Location
