Nice grounds

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The grounds are very nicely landscaped and maintained. There is seating outside the rooms and in common areas that are comfortable to spend time in. It's about 1km from the night market area, a short walk via back roads. The room was adequate, relatively clean, some English TV stations. Didn't use the a/c, it was quiet enough to leave the windows wide open. Staff had limited English skills, but were friendly enough. Breakfast was mediocre, instant coffee, toast and juice, plus Asian style sausages and fried rice. Some fresh fruit would have been nice.

An OK but confusing Stay.

There are not room w/garden view
Good things: good clean, good mattress, breakfast also good, very quiet, beautiful garden but the view from room was to backside, no garden. I paid for garden view...
